This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to get a return label printed and a box for a trade in. The female manager told me "no" as I watched other customers get a box and label

I simply could not give this store a lower rating. I’ve never met a more patronizing Verizon employee in my life. To the middle aged male brunette that works at this store, please find another job that is not customer facing. I came asking for help with my phone and you not only gave me terrible advice that phone support had to help undo, but you creeped over my shoulder and with ever click online said “oh wow! Look at you go. You should work here!” Verizon employees have an incredible reputation and you sir have encouraged me to switch to online sales or AT&T.

Would never walk back into this store! Came in to ask a question about upgrading my phone. Was spoken to rudely by some old blonde lady. After around 1 min she basically threw me out of the store by saying there Other other people that need to be helped. I apologized for "wasting her time". Not sure how she still has this job!.

Run to another store if you cannot complete your transaction online and must go in person. This specific store stains the venerable reputation of the Verizon brand and what makes the company the A plus leaders in coverage and service. It would be advisable for the employees and especially the manager to be re-trained at a minimum. Regional leadership needs to be aware of their utter incompetence and strong distaste for doing their job and employing common sense. After TWENTY years of loyalty it may sadly be time to look at other carriers. It pains me even to say that.

You're supposed to make an appointment on line and then via the app, let them know you have arrived. However, when I arrived, you could just walk in and be served. Areas gave plexi glass separators and social distance us practised. I received good service.

I have been to this store several times and the service has been horrible every time. Every time I have went they were either unwilling to help me or took an extremely long time doing so. Other Verizon stores(like the nearby store in Cedarhurst) are much more helpful and quicker. I do not write reviews often but I feel that Verizon and the customers should know. My hope is that they are able to improve the quality of their service.

I didn't like my experience at this store. The service was wack as yhe sales person as just not up to the task. I went over to another verizon store and got myself what I wanted.
