I’ve never seen such a rude and unpleasant costumer service There’s one guy (I believe his name is Joseph) that clearly doesn’t want to work with people He is always in a bad mood, looking miserable and he is rude, cold and doesn’t care about doing his job that is to serve the costumers If he doesn’t like his job he should look into a career that he doesn’t need to be in touch with people I can’t believe usps let’s this guy works at their facility I noticed a few nice people tried to work there but they always leave after a few weeks, they probably can’t stand this guy has well I’m sure once they fire him the service will be a lot better

THEY HIDE PEOPLE THAT CAN TALK TO OTHER WITH RESPECT MR JOSEPH ITS THE MOST RUDE DISRESPCUFUL CUSTUMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVE I EVER MEET, IF HE HAVE ANY ISSUES AT HOME KEEP THERE. Recently moved to NJ and saw so many negative Post Office ratings. So I went here today after searching for a reliable Post Office to ship my packages. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I left a 5 star review a few months ago and it only takes one experience for that to change. Go in with 100% knowledge of what you need by calling customer service or finding info online ahead of time because if you ask a question you can't rely on polite professional in person customer service.

When I had a package lost they were very helpful locating it. Emailed me when they were investigating and called me when it was found. I really appreciate how they communicated with me about it and how quickly they found it. Thank you!

Depending on whose your teller, you'll have an excellent service, or leave disappointed. Came to buy holiday stamps, and while asking fora special issue, I was told by this particular teller they'd ran out, when after paying I see the teller next door had the issue I wanted. Not an interest to find out with complete certitude if they had what I was asking. Lesson, be vibe and ask if a teller dies not have the issue you want, whether their next window colleague could check if they have them.

Waited inside the office for 15minuntes there no one at the front. A line was starting because no one was upfront helping customers. After someone finally came up she spent 10 minutes doing who know what at the counter while there was a line of 13 people.

Really helpful people and love their job. Their not miserable like other post office I went to. Someone usually out side of the counter to help you with your boxing or what have you. Only thing about the place is that there is no parking. Gotta park couple of blocks away which is not bad.
