Mary the receptionist is very rude. If your super nice, or rude to her it doesn’t matter..she is always miserable! She never smiles and speaks to you like you’re bothering her. I had a negative experience today 7/11/21 at 6:30pm attempting to pick up photos at the Center St. location that I had printed online. An older man named Marc and a younger female cashier were unkind when addressing an issue with the quality of several of the photos I had printed. They became defensive and were dismissive rather than attempting to either refund me a portion of the sale or re-print the photos that didn’t turn out correctly. It should have been a quick interaction, but I was in the store past close at 7:00pm just trying to get out of there! ~Brittany
