I had a negative experience today 7/11/21 at 6:30pm attempting to pick up photos at the Center St. location that I had printed online. An older man named Marc and a younger female cashier were unkind when addressing an issue with the quality of several of the photos I had printed. They became defensive and were dismissive rather than attempting to either refund me a portion of the sale or re-print the photos that didn’t turn out correctly. It should have been a quick interaction, but I was in the store past close at 7:00pm just trying to get out of there! ~Brittany
