ordered a whole kitchen set said they were coming multiple different times and never showed up and found out they never even placed my order yet! and for them to show up on a random day and drop everything off in my driveway as i go up to them and ask if they can move it to my garage so it doesn’t get wet they just stared at me got in their trucks and left. NEVER doing business with them again. extremely rude, never on time, very unprofessional, 1-10 experience lows is better don’t waste ur time ~Bond

I am in need of a furniture upgrade and have decided that your location will be awarded the contract per say. I am in need of a new living room with all the fixings, new bedroom and new dining room set and surely to be purchased one at a time. I decided to go with your location based off of the great customer service I received today in your store. I love this free enterprise system in which many take for granted and don’t understand that as a customer, I have choices! Vonmarie greeted me with a smile and was not pushy as I entered. She looked at me and immediately knew which route to take as her suggestions suggested that she was genuine and was not out to just get a sale. She was very patient and knowledgeable and I could tell that she loved her job! When it came down to the numbers, she explained everything to a point where even I could understand what I was getting into. That’s coming from a guy who has a fear of numbers and when people start talking numbers to me, everything goes blank and I turn into a vegetable! 😊 At the end of the day, the distance from my home to your store is what brought me here, the good customer service I received is what’s going to keep me here!
