I am in need of a furniture upgrade and have decided that your location will be awarded the contract per say. I am in need of a new living room with all the fixings, new bedroom and new dining room set and surely to be purchased one at a time. I decided to go with your location based off of the great customer service I received today in your store. I love this free enterprise system in which many take for granted and don’t understand that as a customer, I have choices! Vonmarie greeted me with a smile and was not pushy as I entered. She looked at me and immediately knew which route to take as her suggestions suggested that she was genuine and was not out to just get a sale. She was very patient and knowledgeable and I could tell that she loved her job! When it came down to the numbers, she explained everything to a point where even I could understand what I was getting into. That’s coming from a guy who has a fear of numbers and when people start talking numbers to me, everything goes blank and I turn into a vegetable! 😊 At the end of the day, the distance from my home to your store is what brought me here, the good customer service I received is what’s going to keep me here! I know it’s a whole new world out there but I’m old school and if you want my money, you are going to have to work for it. Mission accomplished! Sincerely, Steve Anderson

My Name is John Intonato, I had the pleasure of working with Vonmarie today, Extremely nice Person. I had to exchange one piece of furniture for another. She made the process simple and smooth. I received my new couch the next day and I love it. I'm very satisfied with the Customer Service and would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. I rented a bedroom set and washer and dryer from them. Dryer broke and they replaced parts needed quickly. I give the Aaron’s on Dolson 5 stars

If I could give a 0 star I would. I have worked with another Aaron’s store for years in the past and absolutely loved it. Switched to this one because we moved and had nothing but a nightmare. Todd, the “manager” is the most ignorant, argumentative person I have ever encountered in my life. We were leasing a couch and moving again so we called in July and august to have the couch picked up, set two dates with no show on their end. Then told we had a pst due balance because we had to pay for the time that they were supposed to pick it up and didn’t come. They then charged a card they did not have permission to charge. Here 4 months later I have had to go through corporate because they still have not picked up the couch, blaming us now because we don’t even live there anymore. Save your self the hassle and please go elsewhere so that you’re not disrespected and held liable for Todd’s incompetence.

Bought this couch and love seat absolutely love it very comfortable. Also Bought a beautiful awesome stereo there 2 years ago it cranks Lovvveee it.

There's nothing good I can say about them right now. They didn't give any issues at first obviously because they where making money, we paid on time up until I had a house fire and my family lost pretty much everything and was homeless for a month. Then the covid 19 situation shut down my fiances job for a while just opened back up, now where getting strange phone calls being threatened to be arrested and made to seem poor and degraded by the supervisor because I don't have a bank card. I promised a payment next week when we get paid., but that wasn't good enough. He said we should have used our stimulus check.so obviously the part about losing our home didn't matter because that's what the check was used on. I'm very disappointed in the way they treat their struggling customers. Not everyone is having it easy right now.

Not happy at all.. My payment is a low price of 190.00 a month.. I have been making payments as scheduled... However last month I broke my leg and was given an extension to pay.. In that month I also had another emergency surgery.. My payment is only 31 days late and they are coming to get my merchandise when I told them I would have the payment in 3 more days.. This is not a payment that can't be made up in full if emergencies arise.. I feel that an extra 3 days when they have already waited a month wouldn't hurt their piggy bank.. And they are very arrogant on the phone.. I was told that im playing games with them.. Poor customer service all around..

So anyone looking to do business with this location read any comments you can on them and believe me it will change your mind. And I believe is this new management is the problem.
