This is the worst operation, the dark haired woman at the desk with the foul attitude really should consider a career change, customer service isn’t for you. Have an emergency with the rental car and no help to be had, they don’t even answer the phone. You are the WORST

They gave me a car that had a badly damaged front bumper and dings and scratches all over the rest of it. It did run well, but the wipers were so worn that I couldn’t see anything when it started raining. I was driving down the highway in the dark, during a rainstorm, and I was completely blind. It was terrifying.

Rented a car and my wife left her purse in the car which was worth over $1000 and over $800 in cash in the purse. Didn't realize it was missing until after they closed on a weekend!! They held the purse and returned it without a penny missing. Trustworthy and honest people. Not to mention I received the car in immaculate condition, clean inside and out, and at a better price than competing agencies. I will be renting from them in the future.

Despite other reviews of this Budget location, I’ve have very good experiences here. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The cars are always clean. Don’t blame this location because they have bad cars because they get cars from all over the place so don’t say it’s their fault that your car didn’t work like it was supposed to when you rented the cheapest thing you could find. You pay for cheap, you get cheap. I recommend this place to anybody that doesn’t complain about every little thing they can. I’m lowering my review of this specific Budget location because they just stopped allowing my credit card for no reason at all. As with any card if your card is declined for any rental charges they will force the money on your card regardless so why say it’s because people aren’t paying? They will be forced if they don’t pay by the credit card company

Please please please don’t rent a car from this agency!!! Customer service is horrible and a scam at this location!!! I rented a car for a day, ONE DAY, returned the vehicle and went on my way. When I looked at my credit statement a few days later, I had a $400 bill!!!!! I called and they stated the gas was 7/8ths of the way filled and they needed to charge a “detailing fee” for the the dirt! I paid $124 with taxes for the car total prior to these charges and then they added these fraudulent charges and accusations!! I have the receipt for the tank of gas I purchased across the street which wouldn’t have used 1/8 of a tank of gas to get back! And if I knew I needed to vacuum I would have vacuumed for 50 cents!! So after spending 2 days and hours on the phone with the customer service department for budget I have to wait for a response in 4 days! DONT RENT FROM HERE! USE ANYWHERE ELSE

Fraudulent, criminal company. Bait and Switch on the "car" you rent then they continue tacking on unauthorized and illegal charges onto your credit card weeks after the transaction has ended. When you attempt multiple times to call customer service you are repeatedly re-routed and hung up on - then cursed out by their obnoxious, incompetent "agents" when you call them out on their illicit dealings. Do not ever rent a car from these con-artists; it will be one of the biggest regrets of your life.

After a horrible experience earlier in the day coming here to get a car was a breath of fresh air. I will be using budget again, I had a reservation at Hertz on Co Rd 78 and things didn't work out so I made a reservation literally 10 mins before showing up to budget, I was in a car in 10 mins w/ a free upgrade. Great staff and collection. I will be using budget/avis from now on

We still had to pay the full fee even though we never got to drive the car.The front desk agent was the rudest and Most unhelpful individual I have ever dealt with. Luckily we had a spare vehicle or we would have missed the wedding.This budget rental should care more about its customers and the front desk agent needs to be fired! This place is an absolute disgrace!!!
