I rented from the Enterprise location in Middletown NY. It was my first time and I would choose Enterprise again. The staff was beyond helpful and made my experience a smooth one. I would totally recommend renting the Toll transporter it saved me money and was super easy to use.

I have utilized both the Goshen location and the Middletown location but mostly the Middletown location. The staff here is wonderful they are always fast and efficient. Any issue I have ever had it was always resolved. The manager Ray makes sure he gets to know his customers and their needs. All of the staff is just amazing. No complaints only good experiences.

Picked up a SUV on Wednesday the 13th, car had dental floss on the dashboard, cup holders were dirty, windshield had streaks in it which come from a previous smoker and when it rained Friday and Saturday you couldn't even look out the window from the dirt on the inside of the windshield and the wipers were bad. Was just giving the rep the heads up when I returned the car Monday, never had intentions of writing a bad review, until I saw the attitude he gave me and everything I told him was wrong with the car he never wrote down. Figure the next customer would like that addressed. Rented from Enterprise several times in the past and this was definitely a bad experience. I run a Local dealership and we use them often and also purchase cars from Enterprise.

I was impressed with their level of service. Staff was communicative, kind, and efficient. They were sure to make certain you were satisfied. Any questions we asked they answered with certainty. They also had a good assortment of vehicles and took their time to show you around.

Picked up a SUV on Wednesday the 13th, car had dental floss on the dashboard, cup holders were dirty, windshield had streaks in it which come from a previous smoker and when it rained Friday and Saturday you couldn't even look out the window from the dirt on the inside of the windshield and the wipers were bad. Figure the next customer would like that addressed. Rented from Enterprise several times in the past and this was definitely a bad experience. I run a Local dealership and we use them often and also purchase cars from Enterprise.

Make sure to check your receipts as I believe that they have a practice of overcharging their customers. I have an open complaint currently for a charge from my deposit that the assistant manager told me was mine even though my insurance company had paid for the rental. Even after I made the discovery and showed it to him he lied to me about why the charge said it was billing me for. I do not believe this is a one time thing because of the ease in which he lied.

As the previous reviews said, check your receipts. I was initially charged two days when I only rented it for a day. The woman who answered the phone at Enterprise said oh because we're close on Sundays that we charged you for two days. I clearly only rented it for a day and returned on Sunday, key drop boxes are for returning rentals after hours or when they are closed. They have refunded me but not a happy experience at this branch. I hope I have checked the reviews first before renting at this location. The Tahoe we rented smelled like someone smoked inside and they tried to cover it with freshener. The console are not fully cleaned. Unfortunately, I will not be renting again in this location, that will be our first and last.

Update: They partially refunded me, about 90% of the $600, I’ll take it . New management is needed at this location, the team from earlier in the year were better sales rep, their positive attitudes and smiles were contagious, hence you didn’t see a review from me regarding the double insurance bill, because they were pleasantly professional… happy holidays to all Update: after charging my card they came with a flat bed to tow the vehicle from my yard on Christmas Eve, even after they charged me!!!! Now I was asked to email my review, I was impressed, I received an immediate response, from 3 different reps tho and now I’m being ignored. Go figure- Also wanted to add the insurance scam they do to you here as well, when your insurance covers a rental they cover full coverage for the rental, you DON’T have to get charged $20/day for enterprise insurance, they truly scam you for your money here, even during such times they’re scamming customers, I’ve informed better business as well as Geico of this fraud as well, I will advise them to pls go with another rent a car company because enterprise only scams their customers ! … With the pandemic going on two years, getting worst and taking lives, this company has no policy in place for customers who catch Covid and are unable to communicate due to this.. I have called while hugging the toilet bowl and coughing, to inform them my children and I have covid, if they needed proof or what so I wouldn’t be charged for a car that was just sitting in my lot. Though I gave them the idea to come pick up the car themselves, I realized I had Christmas gifts in there that I had to clear out . I didn’t know which way to turn, there was no direction other than go out my home, sick with Covid in the cold empty out the car so they can come pick it up. I was unable to do that so they charged my card $600 on Christmas Eve for the days I’ve been ill - so Not only was I unable to finish my Christmas shopping because I was so sick and so were my 3 children, I had to pay for having civid and not being able to return the vehicle. Im a first responder, have been covering nursing homes since the pandemic started, and still there was no other option then to force me into the cold while sick to get one vehicle back in a timely manner 🙏 thank you so very much Enterprise and Merry Christmas to you. Michael Santana is not a good asset to your company either. It’s time to think outside the box

After she informed us to be there at 1:20pm she became upset because my girlfriend threatened to call corporate and told her to leave the premises, Kate even called the police all while helping other customers. DON’T GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELPIT It’s been several months and Enterprise has failed to investigate this matter, so buyer beware. Rest a sure if you have a problem you’ll be treated as a leper, as a Google reviewer whom has done about 300 reviews of businesses in the Orange County Region you are well advised to take your business where you will be respected and treated as a valued customer, Enterprise is not that place!
