Clean place, customer service was average and quality of service was less than average. A full fill on gel nails with multiple colors took less than an hour....nails have almost no curvature/apex so I do not expect them to last too long. A basic manicure or gel pedicure would be all I'd come back here for because the price is good with the 20% off. They are also short staffed so expect to wait Service: Gel manicures

Amazing customer service! Took me and my friend in last minute for a full gel set and they were able to seat us right away. Got a French manicure and they did an awesome job, my friend got a gem set and they came out beautifully. Only thing is they can be a little pricey but are often offering deals so it makes up for it other then that it was a great experience overall. Service: Gel manicures

I starting coming here about 6 months ago. At first I was very satisfied. The place is very clean, the technicians are very good. Then they started going downhill. Technicians left, twice I came and only one person was working. She did a great job but she had to keep asking people to come back later since she was the only one working. Soon after, she left. Recently the one lady who was working didn't know how to do an acrylic manicure! Needless to say I won't return. I don't see this place being open much longer unless they do a miraculous turn around!

Happy nails used to be my go-to spot, however, they have seriously gone downhill. I waited an hour and a half just to get a pedicure, which then lasted much over an hour. Having only two workers does not help the situation. The quality of their work isn’t as good anymore. Highly disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Fair pricing Monday-Thursday. Spa pedicures are to die for! 15 minute massage included. They usually give a shoulder and neck massage while your nails are drying. The only thing that I don't like is that it's hard to get the same person week after week. The staff seems to change a lot.

I was recommended by a friend to come here. Since then I've been to this establishment twice to get my nails done and both times left a very satisfied customer. I had two different nail technicians and both were amazing. I don't usually get color and just started to and the second time the lady got me to get my ring finger a different color (I was hesitant at first but absolutely love it). Definitely will recommended happy nails to anyone looking to get a manicure, pedicure , or full set :)

Since their great workers left (Sunny, Ricky and Vincent)because of the miss treatment, this salon has gone down. The quality of work for gel fills and pedicures has decreased tremendously. They've lost a lot of customer's. I will not be returning.

Absolutely deplorable... first time in this location and last. I walked in inquiring as to if they did Nex Gen... no clue as to what I was asking. Then I proceeded to say I would like to have a pedicure and manicure, the woman at the front desk appeared as though she didn't understand ne and walked to one of the manicurist and never came back. Few moments later another customer walked in (need I say she didn't look like me) and that same women maricuolosly spoke perfect English and took this customer right away to begin her pedicure. Not sure if I want to go down this road, but they will NEVER get my business. I'd rather go back to Red Door and be treated with courtesy and respect. Shame on this location...
