I first posted a review by mistake to a different location my review is for an employee Wilfredo Pacheco Route 211 Orange Plaza Middletown New York... He was very courteous kind and helpful and completed my couple of transactions I needed in no time to me he is definitely an asset to Chase Bank the bank as a whole is wonderful I have dealt with the window for service and inside and the ATM everything is excellent service

Chase bank offers so many things for ( New business accounts ) I got nothing but personal talking and never got financial advice . New start up company's should get way much better assistance . Than 2 years in business should not be a option . Brand new start up company's should get financial support from a big bank J . P Morgan & chase . I'll be soon closing my account .

Went to the Chase Bank this Morning to cash a check and required assistance from a Teller, since my Debit card recently stopped working. The Teller refused to open the door into the bank and directed me to look online for help. Regarding the check I had in my hand, I was told to go to the Drive-Through Window - the issue was there were about 25 cars in front of me at the (1) drive through window. Waited for 25- minutes and only one car moved past the window. Wasted my entire 30 minute lunch accomplishing nothing. Not sure why the bank is closed now, when it was open a couple weeks ago to the inside sanctuary! Horrible customer service - cannot even get to my own $$$!

Some of the staff was very discriminatory against Muslims. They just stared at me and my wife without smiling or even saying "Hi, we'll be with you shortly" When they finally called us, the lady just said "Come". The male, half bald manager seemed even worse. I'm not sure if they treat everyone like this or is it because of the way my wife and I dress.

DO NOT OPEN A CREDIT CARD HERE. I love Chase but these bankers don’t know what they are offering. Opened a credit card the banker said there was no option for rapid delivery. I called Chase and they had it delivered rapidly and apologized for my bankers incompetence. The banker also said the cards first membership fee would be charged after one year. It was charged in the first 30 days.

My account was closed with my knowledge and they stole my money. I called chase customer service and they would not tell me why they closed it and also my account was in good standing smh. They are now in the scamming business. See for yourself about the disclosure go try to open a checking account.

The manager Dan is rude and takes no action. After trying to have a deposit issue fixed I had to come in 4 different times within a month and still never had my issue resolved. They kept making me run in circles. Their are plenty of other banks in the area with better management and customer service. Stay away.

Hope this is not a indication of how Slow it can be. Understand a lil chit chat but I've heard everything about Israel's past n theme park vacation lines to grand kids in schools. Seriously ????

DON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!! The worst customer service experience ever. I waited over 45 minutes to be told that a particular branch representative would help me. When I saw her coming, she told me not and that she was going on her lunch break. I explained it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes and how I was told she would help me. She stated she would grab someone else for me (that took 15 minutes). When the next lady came, she started off saying how the systems were acting up. I told her the representative next to her just issued a card to a gentleman so hopefully it's still working. After an additional 20 minutes, she confessed and explained she's not sure she's doing it right and it's not allowing her to complete it. She went for him and that was no luck. Told me to go back to waiting area or to another branch for help. I was so furious I had to call corporate on them and complain. Im hoping this change because I definitely wasn't the only customer in there complaining about their service. Oh never received a new card either.

I love chase bank, I have been with a few banks before and this bank tops them all. They are more tech savvy then any bank I have been with. I would defiantly recommend switching to Chase Bank
