The stars are for the hard working people in the bank …. But since it took over from HSBC bank an international bank this provincial institution can’t keep up - its online services are a disaster. What you take for granted this bank doesn’t have - Go else where don’t waste your time and energy - I’ll was locked out of my company because they couldn’t verify it! - It’s been trading there for at least two months or more
