5 Best bank in Middletown, New York (NY) 2024

The stars are for the hard working people in the bank …. But since it took over from HSBC bank an international bank this provincial institution can’t keep up - its online services are a disaster. What you take for granted this bank doesn’t have - Go else where don’t waste your time and energy - I’ll was locked out of my company because they couldn’t verify it! - It’s been trading there for at least two months or more ~Graham

I found out on June 24th my bank account had been closed. I had found out because I went to deposit money and they said I could not. I was told by one of the tellers a blonde man that I said last time I was in the branch that I wanted to close my account. This was obviously not accurate. He then yelled at me and asked why I would take out the remaining balance if I did not want to close it. Following that interaction another lady there told me it would close after 30 days if I had a zero balance. The withdrawal and closure had happened on the same day. My account was closed with no notification or warning. No phone call no email or text and was still active to log into online banking. Unfortunately the branch is disorganized and I do hope they return to the quality standards they held 3 years ago when the account was opened ~Jon

I first posted a review by mistake to a different location my review is for an employee Wilfredo Pacheco Route 211 Orange Plaza Middletown New York... He was very courteous kind and helpful and completed my couple of transactions I needed in no time to me he is definitely an asset to Chase Bank the bank as a whole is wonderful I have dealt with the window for service and inside and the ATM everything is excellent service ~Kaaren

We normally bank at Chase Monticello (we love them!) but had to use this branch to open a business account due to a time crunch. We regret it. The banker who set up our account failed to do so properly, our new accounts were frozen. She went on VACATION then straight to a training with no further contact. I had to contact the branch manager who has also been of no assitance and we are now a week without access to crucial business accounts. DO NOT BANK AT THIS BRANCH THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. They have the paperwork they need, I do not understand their lack of consideration for small business. ~Cat
