We normally bank at Chase Monticello (we love them!) but had to use this branch to open a business account due to a time crunch. We regret it. The banker who set up our account failed to do so properly, our new accounts were frozen. She went on VACATION then straight to a training with no further contact. I had to contact the branch manager who has also been of no assitance and we are now a week without access to crucial business accounts. DO NOT BANK AT THIS BRANCH THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. They have the paperwork they need, I do not understand their lack of consideration for small business.

I had the pleasure of meeting an employee at the Orange Plaza Branch in Middletown New York today with regard to getting some information on my existing checking account with Chase he was so courteous and helpful he did everything that I requested and then some I wanted to say what a wonderful employee and asset he is to Chase Bank his name was Wilfredo Pacheco

Customer service is not a priority at this branch. Expect to wait a LONG time if you go inside for service. They have 7 teller windows and only 1 teller. The only other person in the bank appears to be the manager and she doesn't seem interested in making sure the customers are helped in a timely fashion.

he branch manager, Myli Anderson was no help at all. If you come to this branch seeking assistance from a manger request a different one or just drive 5 minutes down the road to chase bank located on 211. Myli Anderson was no help at all and the fact that she’s a “manger,” is even more hilarious due to the fact that she can’t perform any manager duties lol. She was absolutely no help and failed to resolve the issue we original issue came into the branch for.

Twice ive had poor customer service at this facility. First experience not a big deal, the second one makes me look at chase bank differently. Walked in at exactly 1:55 on a saturday afternoon, assuming the bank was closing at 3, immediately i walked in was met by an unfriendly clerk, mind you the same staff i interacted with on my previous visit. She bluntantly told me, i am about to close the door sorry cant help, reason being they were closing at three. You would assume since you are already in they would have the audacity to just wrap it up, hell no. What i got from all this was we dont care about your business.

Do not bank here at chase I was conned by them. They make you sign a disclosure saying the can close your account at anytime without your consent and state they don’t have to tell you why. My account was closed with my knowledge and they stole my money. I called chase customer service and they would not tell me why they closed it and also my account was in good standing smh. They are now in the scamming business. See for yourself about the disclosure go try to open a checking account.
