Best beauty supply store in Middletown, New York (NY) 2024

Wow, years later it still hasn’t changed. This location is so poorly ran with terrible customer service. The people who work there can careless about customer service. I have hopes that the new Sephora by Ulta is better because this store is clearly sinking to the ground. If the women who worked there wouldn’t give and attitude like you’re bothering their life when you have a product question and would be happy to speak to customers, this store would make it far. ~E

The products are not worth a $1 sometimes. Other times, you get what you paid for. I purchased an iron that didn’t work from the first time I plugged it in. Overall products, are the cheapest legally sold. The service is extremely poor. I used the bell located on the counter, designated to notify the only staff memeber in the entire building, unloading, stocking, sweeping, just slavery. I didn’t hear anyone answer, so I rang the bell again. Then, a young lady yelled “I’m coming relax”. She was extremely rude, probably due to horrible work conditions that she projects on the customers. Value yourself and don’t come here. ~Elvin

Not a store I normally stop in. However, there are a few things scent related I like. Was greeted quite pleasantly when entering. Was asked if I found everything ok ( not swamped by every employee asking the same thing). The item I bought was on a good sale so I bought 3 of them. I'd go back again. ~jason
