Best auto repair shop in Monticello, New York (NY) 2024

My car was involved in a fender bender over the Thanksgiving holiday. I've heard wonderful things about Bill Whalen and his mechanics in the past so I brought my 20 year old car in for repairs. I'm an older woman living on a limited income and I could not have gotten better service at a better price anywhere else but here. I was treated as a priority, not just a fender bender by his mechanics who kept me in the loop about everything they were doing. The price for the job Bill charged me was "compassionate" and not just about making a dollar. If I could give his business and the people who work here 10 stars, I would. Good people, lots of integrity. ~Deborah
