Samantha and her team at the New Paltz Verizon Authorized Retailer-Russel Cellular are some of the best informed, helpful, respectful and trustworthy retail service persons it has ever been my pleasure to work with in my over 50 years living and working in New Paltz. I first met Samantha when she was part of the store opening team in 2013. She and her colleagues impressed me then and they impressed me today as my wife and I purchased two new iPhone 12s.
