Best car rental agency in Niagara Falls, New York (NY) 2024

Reviews are always bad on rental agencies but I should have read the reviews of the Niagara Falls Alamo (and other agencies here) - they don't staff the desk unless a flight is coming in (one time a day?) and good luck getting in touch with anyone that can help you on the phone. There is misinformation posted everywhere including hours, availability, numbers, location - unbelievable this place is allowed to operate. ~Erin
