7 Best restaurant in Niagara Falls, New York (NY) 2024

Generally nice atmosphere, had a recent redesign so new employees and layout and all that. Wanted to give 4 or 5 stars because it's a very good place but there is no form of bike parking, this Tim Hortons also closes earlier than other ones in the area. ~Bendys

The Caesar salad was just alot of romaine lettuce, the dark green parts of the lettuce only, with a couple pieces of chopped chicken ( not char grilled) a couple slivers of parmesan cheese, no croutons. Very basic salad for almost 15 dollars, there are so many great reviews on here, so maybe it was just one of those days unfortunately. ~Michele

Cilantro lime chicken wrap that tasted great but the person didn't know how to wrap ! Sides were open on both sides and not snug, it fell onto my lap. Called the manager to let her know this has occured several times before and why can they not check wraps are being made correctly. I opened up the side to find it was folded over onto itself when they wrapped it. Once they made me a wrap that looked like a samosa. Tim's standards just are not followed. 😔 😟 ~Matt

Not a fan of the fries, I think they’re over cooked but that’s just my opinion. The chicken and potatoes were great, as was the service. I love the BBQ sauce. Just a bit pricey for me. Otherwise, great! ~kelsey

Went through the drive-thru this a.m.,ordered a coffee and a pup cup for my French bulldog(registered support animal). I was told "I'm not doing that, we're too busy!" Too busy to put whipped cream in a cup? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Went down the road and they gave me a pup cup with a smile and even apologized for THIS stores ignorance. Won't be be back here!! ~TOYS

Great Diet drink choices! I really appreciate this. It is hard to find diet with no caffeine at most fast food restaurants. ~Robert
