Cilantro lime chicken wrap that tasted great but the person didn't know how to wrap ! Sides were open on both sides and not snug, it fell onto my lap. Called the manager to let her know this has occured several times before and why can they not check wraps are being made correctly. I opened up the side to find it was folded over onto itself when they wrapped it. Once they made me a wrap that looked like a samosa. Tim's standards just are not followed. 😔 😟

One of the busiest location in Niagara Falls Clifton Hill. Big lineup and not enough cx service counter to serve you. Due to heavy traffic need more staff to keep the outlet more organized in regards of cleaning tables, floor and around.

Toilets were so so for cleanliness and no soap in the men's toilet. Service was good and the Timbits were still fresh, even at 9.30pm

Drive through experience always awful! No one care to listen order properly, even putting into system, never got them right. And when you go inside to get rectify on floor supervisor particular Ms. Rajan shows filthy attitude and rude and said “its you problem we cant make a another one” even though it was her mistake. She doesn’t deserve to work in hospitality industry. If supervisor have that kind of attitude.. i think staff is also gonna train on such attitude. I hope store manager should look into such behaviour.

Standard Tim Hortons. I'm not sure if they still do chocolate mint donuts anywhere. The menu options and quality has gotten better over the last while. The prices of some of the soups and wraps etc are a bit high but not unreasonable.

This is the Best Tim Hortons so far in the City, but today I would’ve Give them no star If I could As I am disappointed the way they Give me Hash-brown They just throw in the Package How m gonna Eat. It should be in the Proper Package then the Bag. Apart from this my Double double got no sugar in it. Timing At 5:40Pm May 22. I hope You guys talk to the responsible person so that your Customers should be Retained.

I went there 4 days in month and ordered double toasted bagel but every time I have to go back for replacement I don’t know they know the meaning of double toasted it’s always single. I never suggest to anyone go in this location

I often visit this location in the morning on my way to work. I always go through the drive thru which is normally pretty fast. The employees are definitely fast and efficient. It is very rare that what I order is incorrect. On the rare occasion there might be too much sugar or milk in my tea. This is often not the case, and it isn't a big deal. The staff is always friendly. I will continue to use this Tim Hortons for my usual go to. Thank you for the great service! I recently ordered the 3 speciality donuts and I tried the strawberry confetti one. It was so delicious and my coworkers really enjoyed the other kinds as well.
