Best butcher shop in Rochester, New York (NY) 2024

A month ago I purchased Beef Plate Ribs, Joe, the owner was very friendly and helpful with the rib selection. The beef ribs themselves were very meaty, and marbled, I didn’t have to do much trimming on the ribs. I smoked these ribs at 250 degrees for 5.5hrs…WOW they turned out Awesome!!! Very tender and juicy, the fat rendered nicely, and had a wonderful flavor. A couple of days ago 7-9-22. I purchased their in-house sausage to grill. I cannot explain in words how good they were. I highly commend Cataia’s Meat Market you won’t regret it ~Barton
