Meat selection is always on point. Subs are great. Deli is new and clean. Staff is awful. Owner is extremely rude. Doesn’t know how to respect her customers and I’m sure that’s why they are closing the doors at the end of the year.

Great meat selection and Italian food available. We had one of their frozen blueberry pies and it was fantastic! We like getting their sandwiches too (the meatball, cold cuts, and breakfast sandwiches all great). I don't want to buy ground beef or sausage anywhere else but here!

I think that there wraps are good, as well as mac salad. The establishment is very clean. The deli meats are very over priced in comparison to other deli's Calabrasella's and others. My main complaint is I believe she is the owner a middle aged woman that has absolutely no appreciation for customers that are supporting this small business. I have been treated rudely be her on several occasions. Tonight after working short staffed all week as an RN,!!!!!!!!!!! I approached the counter with my 2 items, I kindly asked for a small portion of mac salad she scolded me saying "we are short staffed you are going to have to wait for someone to help you" I kindly said okay, I wanted to drop my items and leave. I am thinking I will not be back.

This is one of the best places to eat in the area. Great Reuben with homemade corned beef, best meatball sub I have had, steak sub, patty melt, chicken wings, everything is good here. Also enjoy the butcher counter (homemade Italian sausage) and picking up a loaf of fresh baked bread.

Incredibly rude, judgemental, bitter people. ESPECIALLY the owner. Another guy yelled at me and made me cry. You know why they were so judgemental? Because I worked at a smoke shop next door. They assumed I smoke, which I don't. Another associate that worked at the shop said he had the same experience. Strange as I'm pretty sure they're Catholic Italians and yet they didn't give me or my associate the same compassion and Grace that Jesus would. As a Christian myself I find that very disappointing. Rude owner. Edit: I'd like to add that younger cashiers were very kind. The older owner and workers should take notes.

If I could give a zero I would. Spoke with the owner tonight about what sausages they were making tomorrow and she said “I’ve has been in business for 100 years I cant tell you what we will have tomorrow.” Picked up some sausages last Thursday. Bought every sausage flavor that they had on hand and wasn’t impressed. I was going to give them another try. I’ll hit Trianos instead. At least the customer service is better there. Trianos is located in Greece on stone rd in Near Dewey Ave. I would rather give them my money. What ever happened to the customer is always right. I am not asking for much. I just want to know what is potentially available tomorrow morning. I shouldn’t have to beg for you to take my money

A month ago I purchased Beef Plate Ribs, Joe, the owner was very friendly and helpful with the rib selection. The beef ribs themselves were very meaty, and marbled, I didn’t have to do much trimming on the ribs. I smoked these ribs at 250 degrees for 5.5hrs…WOW they turned out Awesome!!! Very tender and juicy, the fat rendered nicely, and had a wonderful flavor. A couple of days ago 7-9-22. I purchased their in-house sausage to grill. I cannot explain in words how good they were. I highly commend Cataia’s Meat Market you won’t regret it

Absolutely delicious food! Very friendly service. We had sandwiches and fries -- everything was good. The fries were hot and crispy. Sandwiches were served on local Martusciello rolls and were outstanding. Nice selection of baked good from Leo's for dessert.

In the words of their chef, this plate is slammin'. Nice touch on the cannaroni mac salad too! Texture is important to me in a plate. What I love about Cutaia's is that they've got this brand-new gorgeous shop in North Chili; but so many loyal customers come from Gates and the city still. It's a happy place for me. Truly kind staff and always willing to help you get the most out of a cut of meat when you prepare it. Back to the plate, the fries are 10/10 on the Outer Crisp scale. Respect.
