Best insulation contractor in Sanborn, New York (NY) 2024

Terrible. Eric King came out and took my information in December for EmpowerNY. Never returned my phone calls. The office was unhelpful. Finally I called NYSERDA today and found out my application was never submitted! I called the office and the woman who answered the phone was completely blase about the whole thing. They wasted my time and my money. I really needed insulation THIS winter, not next winter! Had I known they dropped the ball I could have gotten another contractor. Just looked on Yelp and there are a few other people who have gone through this exact situation- phone calls not returned for MONTHS and applications mysteriously missing. ~Mara
