The staff is very kind and so Is one of the managers. I would recommend this dollar tree over the one in middle island. This one is cleaner and management is NON DISCRIMINATORY. Middle island dollar tree you can Learn by example. ~Grayson

This store used to be really nice. They have quit stocking organic fat free milk, which for me at least is a basic essential every time I shop for food. Every evening they are out of stock on other essentials, and they frequently block the aisles enough to create one-way bottlenecks. Occasionally produce right off the truck is starting to rot before they even put it on the shelf. ~Shelly

Tried to get a new phone activated after trading in the old one, attempted to do this over the phone, and customer service's automated menu told me I had to go over to the store to get it activated, since I didn't have the old phone on me, and they couldn't send me an authentication text. I go to this store, and they try to authenticate into my account there, and then tell me the same thing and advise that I call customer service. Called customer service again and pressed 0 to get to an agent, and they were able to access my account by asking me a series of security questions (when the account was opened, what my monthly payment is, etc). Not sure why they couldn't have asked me those questions in the store. If it's not standard protocol then it certainly should be. And if it is then the people working that store on Saturday 2/26 were just lazy. ~Derek

I had given a negative review based on incorrect information from my credit card co. The owner was kind enough to call and review the situation with me to be sure I was a satisfied customer. I appreciated that and now know I received an excellent deal on a new cell which I am sure could not be matched anywhere else. also cricket is better them my previous company metro and then Boost. call cricket they will answer the phone without going thru a 20 min menu. I am more then happy with my purchase and service ~B

Exceptional service, clean, comfortable seating! All employees neatly dressed suit, ties! Shoes shinty, polish, just perfection!! Seek out Liam & Mike they are exceptional young men! Should go far in this company already noted to be managerial material!! Customer Noted!! You drive down Rt 25, a main road and you can view every employee opening doors for customer to greet them!! After they get your money, your still treated with by walking you to door opening door! Even carrying respect, by waking,?opening door for your exit! Even carting items to share our car! Prices are great and displayed beautifully, you won’t be sorry to shop here! Not even a Verizon customer, loved them when they were our company, but old trying to save with Cellphones service costs and not happy, but that’s another review!! By the way I told them that, never tried to hard sell their service or treated me with any indifference! ~Susan

Been at this guitar center for a few days now. Needed to get my acoustic fixed and Dan was the one who helped me out. Great guy, quality over quantity type for sure! He helped me find the part I needed for my guitar, and he was so nice about installing it. Awesome guy to talk to and very knowledgeable about what he’s doing with instrument maintenance. Will definitely be coming back here to get stuff fixed up by him! Also, shout out to the rest of the staff there. They were all so nice and helpful during the few times I was there. Highly recommend! ~Nathan
