Tried to get a new phone activated after trading in the old one, attempted to do this over the phone, and customer service's automated menu told me I had to go over to the store to get it activated, since I didn't have the old phone on me, and they couldn't send me an authentication text. I go to this store, and they try to authenticate into my account there, and then tell me the same thing and advise that I call customer service. Called customer service again and pressed 0 to get to an agent, and they were able to access my account by asking me a series of security questions (when the account was opened, what my monthly payment is, etc). Not sure why they couldn't have asked me those questions in the store. If it's not standard protocol then it certainly should be. And if it is then the people working that store on Saturday 2/26 were just lazy.

I went to the metro pcs in college plaza today to activate a phone line. Maria is the best, I've been using metro for years and she is probably the best person working at metro. She is super nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and fast, and if you go there you should ask for her.

I had a problem with the phone I purchased, but both Hunn & Maira went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue I had. They both are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, to explain in detail your options of every product available. Maria is extremely helpful sales person, and very attentive to your needs. I would differently recommend this store!!
