they had a lot of great collectible items. I ended buying this cute looking small statue and a few new comic books. great staff that day and even went out of their way to get me the box for the statue (I honestly thought it was just the statue, without box).

this place was my favorite since I was a young kid and still is it’s just amazing to see all the comic books and action figures but these certain toys I always had an eye on because an action figure and a comic what A steal! My father, he’s the one who brought me into this stuff when we used to hang out we would go look around the this store and he would even buy some.

Go there almost every week. Great selection and always has 50% off back issues. Staff always willing to help, but will give you your space to look around with no pressure.

These guys are nerds who probably grew up watching “Comic Book Men” and they couldn’t get jobs so they took a loan from their parents to live out their tv fantasy. They have zero interpersonal skills, they sit behind the counter trying to emulate the TV show and act “too cool for school.” Too bad they’ll be out of business and living in a storage facility like the guy from the show who just passed away. Great life choice fellas!! **Answer to the reply: First of all, I didn’t get the “wrong impression.” I got the impression that was offered by the guy behind the counter who acted like he couldn’t be bothered with me. Maybe he’s not the owner but he needs to be more customer friendly if you want to actually turn a profit. And you have NOT been at that location since the early 90s. I’ve lived around there since 1980.

I have a decent experience every time I'm there. The guy there is friendly and somewhat helpful. Has a pretty nice selection, but the place is a mess! Not really much of an order to the comics, action figures and other stuff hanging on the wall have 6 inches of dust on them. Stuff (action figures, books, etc...) displayed in the front window have been there so long that they are faded (same ones that I've seen for 5 years.) The trades displayed at the front of the store in those weird display cases, end up being all bent and out of shape because the display doesn't really hold them correctly in a stand up position. Small selection on weekly new comics, only 2 or 3 copies per issue and very very low amount of variants, even on key issues with tons of them. Overall this could be a great store if it was just reorganized and cleaned up a little bit! I last was here 3 years ago before today and the store looked exactly the same, most things not even moved an inch, like no time went by at all, just more dust!

This place is awesome... tons of comics and toys, old and new. Found some perfect issues of Saga for a decent price, also a few others I had been looking for. Check this place out, if you're a comic nerd like me and my son then you'll love it.

They're an old school comic store in a sea of online behemoths so I want to support them. They're very helpful when trying to find stuff on the shelf and will help get you up to speed on the current state of comics. I was a little lost getting back into it after decades. Setting up your subscriptions takes a little doing cuz it's all paper based and knowing what is on the shelves is a bit of a hunt but that's half the fun. They got the chillest cat on Earth to greet you. Probably the best comic store you'll find near the Hamptons.

If you enjoy comics and appreciate a store keeper who actually reads many of the products he sells and is, therefore, very helpful, head over to this comic shop. They have a varied amount of collectibles for almost anything you could be into, like anything Marvel, anything DS, and other sci-fi and fantasy. Truly a geek's haven.

I go here just about every other Wednesday, my second home. They always have a good stock on new releases as well as some oldies. Awesome place to chill and escape the real world for a bit.

I've been collecting comics since I was 12 years old and Golden Memories has always been my first choice! Golden Memories is an old school, family run comic book shop. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you as best they can. If they don't have it, they'll do their best to get it for you!
