I reached out to Sergio in a desperate attempt to correct some well meaning but brassy hilights from a local colorist. I told him I wanted a cooler blonde tone. He responded in a timely manner and was upfront, kind, yet realistic about what I could expect before even meeting or confirming appointment. He was honest and patient, gave me his advise and even made himself available at a time he was not. During the visit he was quick, efficient, and ended up giving me exactly what I was looking for!
