Everyone is always so kind, helpful, and informative, without ever rushing or pressuring to buy. The doctors are efficient without rushing as well, so an eye exam is thorough without taking up a huge chunk of your day. I’ve been wearing glasses from Sunnysight for at least three years now and they are the best quality glasses I’ve had in my life—and I’ve worn glasses since I was 10! I’d also like to express my appreciation for the staff’s immediate use of my spouse’s name, which is different from their legal name—one of the reception team even made sure to let the doctor know about their name, without either of us asking. (I forgot to note it when making the appointment!) That was so appreciated and I can’t thank the team enough for such a positive, warm experience. ~Jennifer
