Best cell phone accessory store in Wappingers Falls, New York (NY) 2024

Russell Cellular is a horrible corporation. Beware of the fraud they conduct. I paid for both my phones in December and Russell Cellular did a contract with Verizon having me make phone installments even though they received full payment of my phones that day. I have been fighting this for 7 months now and Russell Cellular is still not competent to correct the issue they created. Best part is when i brought this to their attention after my first bill came, John states it happens all the time. This is fraud and it is discussing they still haven't corrected the issues almost 7 months later. No one will give me their corporation number to deal with directly. Skip this store and they way they do business, it will save you tons of heart ache. ~Joel
