Russell Cellular is a horrible corporation. Beware of the fraud they conduct. I paid for both my phones in December and Russell Cellular did a contract with Verizon having me make phone installments even though they received full payment of my phones that day. I have been fighting this for 7 months now and Russell Cellular is still not competent to correct the issue they created. Best part is when i brought this to their attention after my first bill came, John states it happens all the time. This is fraud and it is discussing they still haven't corrected the issues almost 7 months later. No one will give me their corporation number to deal with directly. Skip this store and they way they do business, it will save you tons of heart ache.

While we waited, she took the time to show me all of the details of my new iPhone. (I switched from Samsung) I will always recommend this store to anyone. The customer service far exceeded the corporate owned Verizon store in Poughkeepsie.

The people at this store always are able to resolve any issues I come up to with my phone. Switched to Verizon to follow the best phone wiz Christian Tenesaca, he has super customer service skills. The others at the other service always wanted to dump the phone and reload, but he always worked at it till it was fixed !

The team at this local Verizon store went above and beyond to ensure all my needs and desires were achieved.
