Unusually slow service. The inside was dirty and in need of some refurbishment. The ladies room was in pretty bad shape.Food was still hot and the order was correct. I'll go back there was nothing to upset me.

My experience at this location was not good. It was because of the service at the pick up window. The lady Ms. Martin had an attitude that was very unnecessary. I let the manager know about it. Ms. Martin went back and forth with about me being patient because I ASKED about my second order after receiving my 1st order. She handed me my 1st order and said "have a nice day"....which confused me to thinking she was sending me on my way.

Pretty sad when employees just decide to not take your order when the place is actually open. Pulled into the drive thru, waited for about 10 mins, no1 ever tried to take my order. This place is sad.

This have to be the most horrible McDonald’s in Louisiana! The place smells horrible at night riding past I can smell it streets down. I don’t know if it’s the grease or what but it smells rotten. I wouldn’t dare eat food from there.

ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST A REVIEW. Worst place. DO.NOT.WASTE. YOU'RE. TIME.OR. MONEY. Manager could care less about the customers... some customers walked out without their food and they didn't get their money back. Employees were on their cell phones WHILE PREPARING ORDERS. The cashier had an attitude problem every time someone asked her a question. My order was placed at 8:40pm and I got my food at 9:22pm and there were missing items. Worst. McDonald's.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been to several around the world. Fries were hard and tasted like they had been fried a few times. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich plus bacon and cheese. I received the sandwich without the mayo, lettuce, and tomatos. They had me wait in lane 1 while they remade my sandwich. After approximately 10 minutes, I went inside and was told they forgot I was waiting. The manager asked me how I wanted my sandwich and I told her and instead of making me a fresh sandwich, she had one of the employees add may, lettuce, and tomatos to the sandwich that had been sitting there for 10 minutes. Instead of making a scene, I took the sandwich and threw it away. I then went to the Popeyes down the street and the service was even worse! 🤦🏾♂️

The play place here is new and updated, I recommend it. The food is generally hot and correct. I didn't give it five stars for two reasons. Number one there is always food in the slides and on thw equipment and ita been there for like a week. They need to clean the play area a little more thoroughly. Number two, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go at lunch time during the week. The play are is packed with foul mouth, disrespect flocks of teenagers from the high school down the street. There music is blaring, they leave trash everywhere and the staff tries to control the chaos but is met with horrible obscenities at high volume. Not all teenagers are this way but these make an impression.

I understand there is a shortage of workers in this time, but I'd assume that McDonald's is somewhat aware of customer satisfaction or common courtesy. I waited patiently for 5 min at the counter to order only to hear a member of management yell. "Use the kiosk!" I didn't have my cards with me so I put in my order and I again returned to the counter as i had to still pay to move my order ahead. After that, I had to again wait but at least this time I could be seated as I waited. It was quite lengthy as it was only a chicken sandwich n fries. But I understood. I've given McDonald's their dues in compliments and props for their progression towards great appearance or presentation of their sandwiches. Overall, most of my previous visits have had near perfect fries each time. This visit was back to basic fries. The sandwich was not even average to be called food. Attached you will see a picture. 4 or 5 more lobby orders came in after me. It took a while to get the orders out. Following you will see the subsequent orders after mine. 1. Mine 2. 1 large fry (10 min after submitting order.) 3. 2 sandwiches (10 min after order given out. 15 to 20 min wait. ) 4. Big Mac meal (2 or 3 min after order #3 given out. 20 to 23 min wait. 5. Kids meal and McChicken (5 min after his #4 order was given to him. 25 wait.) Then 3 or 4 more customers came in afterwards. I felt sorry for them as well as the employees. Step it up McDonald's.
