It would appear that this store is either understaffed or doing something wrong. I understand there is a shortage of workers in this time, but I'd assume that McDonald's is somewhat aware of customer satisfaction or common courtesy. I waited patiently for 5 min at the counter to order only to hear a member of management yell. "Use the kiosk!" I didn't have my cards with me so I put in my order and I again returned to the counter as i had to still pay to move my order ahead. After that, I had to again wait but at least this time I could be seated as I waited. It was quite lengthy as it was only a chicken sandwich n fries. But I understood. I've given McDonald's their dues in compliments and props for their progression towards great appearance or presentation of their sandwiches. Overall, most of my previous visits have had near perfect fries each time. This visit was back to basic fries. The sandwich was not even average to be called food. Attached you will see a picture. 4 or 5 more lobby orders came in after me. It took a while to get the orders out. Following you will see the subsequent orders after mine. 1. Mine 2. 1 large fry (10 min after submitting order.) 3. 2 sandwiches (10 min after order given out. 15 to 20 min wait. ) 4. Big Mac meal (2 or 3 min after order #3 given out. 20 to 23 min wait. 5. Kids meal and McChicken (5 min after his #4 order was given to him. 25 wait.) Then 3 or 4 more customers came in afterwards. I felt sorry for them as well as the employees. Step it up McDonald's. ~Mark

Got gas here, that was good. Got a drink here that was fine. Used the restroom here...that was an adventure. You can use the toilet, but you can wash your hands, i had to touch the doorknob that had something nasty on it, then come out to the store area where there was a sink blocked off for us to use. Fine, I washed my hands and then hade to use some soggy paper towels that were on a roll that were left on a sink. Do you know how disgusting the inside of a soggy papper towel roll feels? Them you have to wonder how many other people touched it to make it so soggy and nasty 🙄 ~Keeall

Unbelievable! It was bad before but now it's absolutely dangerous! This was several days ago. The isles were so inundated with stock and food all over the floor that I walked out. I don't recommend this store at all. ~Ashley

So nice to get good customer service, so rare nowadays, Jehremiah the manager, please excuse me if I misspelled her name, went out of her way to find what I was looking for, previous dollar tree I went to by Sherwood forest put in 0 effort. Great job mam, one of her staff even offered help when I was waiting on them to fish in the back, so refreshing to get good service. ~Joe

This is the worst food I've ever gotten from Burger King. The buns where burnt, no lettuce or tomato. Chking was dry and hard as if it had been sitting out. Only thing that was good was the fries were hot. ~Elena
