I truly enjoyed my meal today once from the Brusly, Louisiana location. However, I could not give 5 stars in all honesty. I was asked to pull up from the window and my order would be brought to my car. I specifically requested napkins and ketchup in advance. When the young man brought my food out to me. I checked my back and there was no ketchup as I expected. I requested some so the young man went in to get me some. Meanwhile, I continued to inspect my order. My sandwich was great but my onion rings were hard, dried out, and barely any in the container. When I questioned the condition of this item, the young man said nothing and took it back inside. I waited about 5 minutes more and then finally the manager came out with freshly cooked and golden brown onion rings. The correction to my food and the flavor of my sandwich is what earned the 4 stars.

I love this place, flame broiled not on a grease grill. Went there today got the 2 for 5 with fries and drink for 7.50. I had the fish Nancy had the whopper. Every thing was great, thanks Burger King.

This is the worst food I've ever gotten from Burger King. The buns where burnt, no lettuce or tomato. Chking was dry and hard as if it had been sitting out. Only thing that was good was the fries were hot.

Absolutely the worst. They were out of everything and customer service was terrible. Had snobby attitudes and were laughing the whole time. NEVER GOING BACK. I threw my food away as soon as I left the drive through. I didn’t feel safe eating it.

Today, 5-27-21, the fries tasted like old grease. We also ordered a Sourdough King w/ Jalapenos, a Whopper with no onions, a small plain burger with bacon, and a chocolate shake. The Sourdough was wrong: It had only meat and cheese The Whopper was wrong: It had everything on it The chocolate shake: Not available (typical) The plain bacon burger: The only thing done right. Fast food restaurants have fallen these past few years, yet the prices have risen. I honestly don't think that fast food has been "good" since the 90s. The workers are completely incompetent & rude. They don't deserve $10/hr if they cannot do the simplest of task like taking an order & understanding it.

Pull up to the drive through at 12:00 am they close at 1:00 am only to be told that they only have cheesey tots ok I understand your out of food but why are you still open? If you’re out of food why do have all the lights on making people think you’re still open at what point does common sense come in to play . So let’s see your out of food so maybe just maybe you should turn off the lights and go home
