Yummy and fresh drive thru experience:) The Strawberry Lemonade was really good. Customer service was normal.

Service was not good. Food was decent but the employees did not seem to care about their job or what they were doing there. I ordered a 3 PC chicken and had to pull to the side for 30 minutes before I had to go and and tell them. Will never eat at that popeyes again.

Picked up an order there for a customer. Arrived at 8:00pm. Lobby was closed. Waited in line at drive through for 45 minutes. One employee smoking weed in his car at parking lot. Two employees eating in lobby. Another employee standing outside of lobby door, next to pick up window, talking on the phone. COMPLETE LACK OF MANAGEMENT. I will be rejecting pick orders from this place.

We were the only car in the drive thru and after we ordered our 4 meals we pulled up to the window. She took our payment amd told us to reverse and back up. We were confused as to why she wanted us to do that. Usually, we are asked to move foward to wait for our meals as they can walk out the side door to hand us our meal. After checking our bag of food we only had 3 meals with 4 sodas even though we had ordered for 5 people!! Horrible and rude service! BTW, dining room was closed and it was about 130pm.

6pm on a Wednesday. They keep dine in closed for their convenience. Imma trucker so I have to walk here from truck lot over. Every time I have to persuade them just to get my order taken. Unprofessional. "Only drive thru Only drive thru" as they tell me. I Only came for pies this time an claim they are out. That was my last time trying at this location

Came here around 810 pm on a Wednesday night. They were out of Coleslaw, mac and cheese, unsweetened tea, apple pies and who knows what else. The posted hours said opened until 9:30 so I would not have expected this. Additionally the drive thru worker was not friendly. She seemed to be hating life. My bun for my chicken sandwich seemed half stale. Was definitely not what I am used to getting. It also took a while to get my sandwich so I expected it to be so hot it would burn my mouth but it wasn't. At least the chicken was tasty on it. Very disappointed by this restaurant. Pros: 1) Its a Popeyes and so has good food Cons: 1) AWFUL wait times (30 minutes in the drive through during a non-peak time), due in part to them serving ONLY one customer at a time, as in they won't even take the next person's order until the first person gets their food. 2) They will talk and joke with their coworkers while you are ordering leading to even further delays as they ask you to repeat your order due to them missing it, only for them to then ignore you yet again and ask for your order a 3rd time (happens often). 3) It is mid 2022 and the indoor dinning is still closed from 2020's Covid.

My experience was terrible. This place is not well organized. The employee who took my order was extremely rude. They not only take my order but they also proceeded to not want to correct my order.

I had order 2 piece dark. I got thigh and breast. I don't eat white meat. So, I had to throw away. Everytime I go drive through in Port Allen my order is never correct. Want be going there anymore.

Yesterday at about 5:30pm my we were in the drive thru where my friend was the driver and the one speaking into the speaker. The cashier proceeds to start yelling at him (because he has a stuttering problem) acting as if she was impatient and not wanting to let him get his words out. This isn’t the first terrible experience I, or my friends and family has had at this restaurant. We love the food so much we try to overlook. Popeyes should be ashamed to let people like this work in there restaurant and represent them. Hopefully you guys care enough about your representation and how you deliver customer service enough to at least review.
