Update: The last time we ordered a pizza and fries the pizza was a little dark. This time the cheese is basically black and it is actually crunchy. I have never experienced crunchy cheese on a pizza before. I had the pleasure of eating the worst slices so the rest of my guests could have the less burnt pieces. So embarrassing when you have company and you spend money and time putting together a plan to be this disappointed. This after I had to pick it up if I wanted it sooner than an hr and a half. Only reason for 2 stars is the fries and fried dough were good. But it's a pizzeria.. goes without saying more. As far as calling the shop and getting a replacement, it should be right the first time for what you pay for a pizza these days... just an Honest review. ~Dawn
