I called to make a pick up order of a simple large cheese pizza and when I get there to pick it up they lost my order and kept saying I didn't call until I showed them proof and realized they messed up, then they began making my pizza and I had to wait an additional 15 more mins on top of the 20mins I was already waiting, just to come home and seen they cut the slices in so many different sizes, like a child cut the pizza and my husband takes a bite of his slice just for hair to come out stringing out of his slice. I called them calmly about the situation and they wanted to be rude and wasn't going to give us a new pizza and then told us we would have to wait 1 hour for a new one or we drive back out there to switch the pizza tell us that we had to drive all the way back out to switch the pizzas. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company and do not recommend ordering from this place, they deserve 0 stars not to mention, their business inside is very dirty!!!!

I just don't understand how I can order a pizza online wait 20 minutes before going to the store to pick it up get to the store and it is not even in the oven yet just prepping it how is that possible

We eat here once a week. Pizza and wings. Its great. But I don't care for the boneless wings. They go to heavy on the sauce. Otherwise AWESOME. Parking: Parking is easy. No worries if it's a busy night you can pull up and they will bring it to your car.

Ordered a pizza and 2lbs of wings. Picked up the order. Got home pizza was right, didn't get wings apparently someone else's order. Called, and I took the order back wait anoth 15 min. For the wings. Extra 10 miles round trip.

I use to love their philly cheese steak sub. Tonight it was just disgusting. What happened to the chips and pickle. Never again. Just bad

The pizza has been deece but the extra stuff like fried dough or mozzarella sticks is always cold or sits for too long before you get it.

Perfection. All of it. Listen, when I tell you the sub was a piece of art, and tasted like heaven… I mean it. GET THE CHIPS. If you like thick kettle cooked type chips, get them. They put pickles in a side container! I hate pickles, do you know how happy I was to see them tucked in a little 2 oz cup and lid of their own, no juice grossness on my sandwich??? We also ordered a pizza, which yes - I devoured half of it (and why I’m having this sub for breakfast). The crust was thin and thick in all the right places. The sauce was exactly what I want when I order a pizza - not chunky and sweet. It’s thinner and flavorful. I can’t speak on the wings, the boyfriend consumed all of them. He was quiet during dinner, so you know they were good! OH! And the person who took our order/cooked/cashed out - nice as can be :). I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Ordered the tomato pie from here because it looks just like what I grew up with hand made by my grandma parreno and i have to say it was pretty darn good. It's now the new pizza in my family and my daughters favorite. 3 stars from me because one thing I just can't seem to ever get on my regular pizza is my extra cheese they charge me for it but like tonight there was barely any cheese on my regular pizza let alone extra. I don't know why I even bother anymore for years I been telling them extra cheese and get charged for it but never never get it and I just can't figure out WHY!! When I'm in ovid I always get it matter of fact the slices are hard to pick up there so cheeseeee! So I know the difference. Drives me nuts here in waterloo. But good food

Doesn't matter how good the food is if you can't get it for the game on Sunday! Probably the biggest pizza day of the week for a lot of people. Update: The last time we ordered a pizza and fries the pizza was a little dark. This time the cheese is basically black and it is actually crunchy. I have never experienced crunchy cheese on a pizza before. I had the pleasure of eating the worst slices so the rest of my guests could have the less burnt pieces. So embarrassing when you have company and you spend money and time putting together a plan to be this disappointed. This after I had to pick it up if I wanted it sooner than an hr and a half. Only reason for 2 stars is the fries and fried dough were good. But it's a pizzeria.. goes without saying more. As far as calling the shop and getting a replacement, it should be right the first time for what you pay for a pizza these days... just an Honest review.
