Best computer store in Watertown, New York (NY) 2024

Couldn't get anyone to help me... Front door staff member attempted more than once to get someone to help me. I was seeking to purchase a new phone... Not recommending this place at all... Needless to say I walked away very unsatisfied. ~Patricia

Mr. Taylor was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable of the issue I was having. I highly recommend Computer Center for your PC needs as they are efficient, skilled, and charge a reasonable price for their services. Phenomenal workers helped me find exactly what I needed in the store! Why the one star? A woman came up, manager I assume.. and rudely barked at them as I was there finishing up my questions and goes “quit standing around!” Do better. They did great assisting me. ~Widrick
