Considering the driver had already been to my house once (extremely rude btw) I can't understand why they haven't managed to find it again, even with my name and number at the end of the driveway. Conclusion is they are just too lazy. Problem is they are leaving packages on the ground on a main road, including $1000 worth of Starlink components! UPS is here at least once a week with NO issues. You need to get your act together FedEx. ~Tammy

Phenomenal workers helped me find exactly what I needed in the store! Why the one star? A woman came up, manager I assume.. and rudely barked at them as I was there finishing up my questions and goes “quit standing around!” Do better. They did great assisting me. ~Widrick
