Considering the driver had already been to my house once (extremely rude btw) I can't understand why they haven't managed to find it again, even with my name and number at the end of the driveway. Conclusion is they are just too lazy. Problem is they are leaving packages on the ground on a main road, including $1000 worth of Starlink components! UPS is here at least once a week with NO issues. You need to get your act together FedEx.

Would love for there to be a number to call the store. Had a package coming and they left a paper saying I had to sign for it while I was at work. Heard something out front today and it was fed ex waited for driver so I could sign for it and he drove off after saying it would be delivered by 8pm today

I only use FedEx Express here in the area they are top notch. Fedex Ground however is horrible. Wrong address delivery with them swearing it was dropped on my door as well as putting it literally in my trash can.

What is happening to the great FedEx service I use to know? My packages have always been delivered correctly in the past. Over the last 6 months or so, I'm expected to wander around my neighborhood asking if my neighbors received my packages! I paid for a service of delivery to my home and I'm expected to do the research to find out why my packages weren't delivered to my house. The address is on my mailbox and on my house. How friggin hard is it to read a 5 digit house number? This particular shipment is almost $1000 worth of equipment that I need for this coming weekend. And when I FINALLY get to speak to a live FedEx person, who really can't do anything but say they are working on it. Not his fault that's all he has. But I also learn they have until Friday 15 Apr 22 to find my stuff. I ordered it in plenty of time for when I needed it. This in the 2d shipment in the last 3 weeks that has been messed up like this! Why am I paying for the service? And why can't I call the local FedEx delivery office? They are the ones who should be able to figure this out the quickest.

I live in an apt building and there is a big address number on the garage that is very easily seen. And my apt number is as well. The driver has delivered to the wrong address for the last 5 times. Once to the wrong apt and the rest to the wrong address all together i have the shipping manager that has instructions and mentions to the RIGHT OF THE GARAGE!! there isnt even a grarage on the side of the building they have been delivering to. Im not the only one who gets packages at this building so how is it possible that I am the only one who cant get their packages delivered?

I maybe come here once a year or sometimes twice but let me tell ya they are absolutely amazing. Customer service is on point. Always friendly and courteous. I just love the lady that does the intake. She's so sweet.

Packages not being delivered. When I check tracking it says delivery attempt was made. It wasn't. I have cameras on my house and I can prove there was no fedex truck at my house when they said it was. When I call I'm not allowed to speak to a person.

If I could give less I would. I think I saw the truck speed by my house but no package. Who ever got it I hope they enjoy! Maybe some honest person will deliver it to it's rightful owner unlike FedEx can't do!!!!!!!!!!!
