Best wheel alignment service in West Babylon, New York (NY) 2024

Came here because the staff was friendly. They were putting on new wheels and tires. Staff is still friendly but when they were lifting my car, the lift wasn’t properly under the car. It cracked the passenger side bottom side skirt. The tech had to adjust it. I told the manager and he asked the tech and the tech denied it. I was standing there watching the whole time. Then the tech lied to the manager and said it was under the car but then later came and told me that he couldn’t tell them the truth or he would get in trouble. The right thing for the tech to do would be to acknowledge his mistake and for management to make right of the wrong. Still waiting for a call back to resolve this. I’m hoping they make it right so I can update this review. ~John
