Best government office in Durham, North Carolina (NC) 2024

The SSA office finally opened on April 7. Their hours are 9 am to 4 pm. We visited the office on April 8 in the morning. It was not crowded. The security guard was very nice helping people in line and giving instructions for signing in at the kiosk. (Mask is still required) There were many representatives working, the wait time was less than 10 minutes for us after signing in. We went to Window #22. The name of the representative helping us was Morgan. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered our questions and resolved our issues very quickly. We had never thought our visit to the SSA would be so smooth. It was a great experience. Please keep up the good work! Thank you SSA! ~Christopher
