The young lady at the counter put her skills to work. She had no idea that I was a novice at car repair and ultimately knew nothing of the process to replace brakes. She made necessary recommendations and even took the time to warn me of certain (costly) pitfalls! She never made me feel ignorant nor was she ever condescending.
