James and Russ were excellent to deal with. I went to 12 dealerships. Bill Black was one of just a few who was willing to order a vehicle and didn’t demand that a bunch of dealer options be installed AND at an absurd cost. The process to order was transparent and there were no surprises. This is an honest group of people. I’ve already recommended them to friends. Bill black was 25 minutes away but I would have traveled an hour to get this kind of service. Someday when I need another car, I’ll definitely come back.
