Poor service. I have been trying to get my ice maker fixed. When they came to replace it with a new one it did not work. They came again and said it would never work because the new ice maker was defective and it was apparent to him because the on/off lever was too ‘mobile’. It was like that from the minute he installed it. Basically he just place the part and didn’t bother to check. Reordered part again , waited 2 weeks. Called them and they are oh we might have to order it from another place. Makes me wonder if it was ever ordered. When I complain about this to them … silence. Not even an apology until I asked for one pointedly. ~Owais
