So not judging book by cover boldly requested 3 cushions (2 sofa, 1chair) to be made thicker with extra fabric I had. He said it would be a month, so waited a few days past a month and called. He said would be ready in another week. Picked them up and he had not reused the down feather wrap as requested, said it was destroyed. This was important, so why didn't he call me? Quality of finished cushions looked iffy, but I just wanted to get outta there. Put cushions on furniture and what a shock! Too large, could see foam cut under fabric was crooked and dimensions that should be the same were vastly different. Didn't trust him to fix so took to highly recommended company. Comments from them: Had to recut sofa cushions foam and double wrap with fiberfill. Chair foam had to be replaced because the original foam was so misshapen couldn't use. Foam and fabric were not to shape of the cushions. All foam cushions were pieced and glued together and cut wrong. All fabric wasn't cut straight and cut short on front curves ~Linda

Bakery cakes are a delicacy. Magpies cakes and cookies are a blend of exotic decadent delicacy and professional excellence. Third experience with the cakes and went out on a limb for the "sammies". Sugar rush, of course but it was worth every granule. Good prices, a convenient location and a great friendly staff make the experience top notch. Make sure you order ahead or check with them first as a steady stream of customers is common. ~Eric

The women working the register is so rude every time I go in there. I say hello and she says nothing. Scans my items and throws my receipt in the bag without one word to be said. Last time I was in, the store was slow and she told me to use the self scan next time I come in. I've gotten to the point where if I walk in and see her working, I just walk out and go to the next closest store. ~Robin

Nothing beats a gas station practically at your doorstep. Well maintained, pay at pump, easy in and out at the light. Fair price, clean pumps and I like that the pumps are very visible from the store and the intersection with nothing blocking the view so I feel safe. Never have had any trouble with the gas. ~Annie

A very warm store with eclectic and tasteful things. Julie has a large and diverse collection of gifts, clothing, dishes, furniture, greeting cards, and many other rare and unique items. She also is great at obtaining things for her customers. Highly recommended. ~D
