Best bakery in Hendersonville, North Carolina (NC) 2025

Bakery cakes are a delicacy. Magpies cakes and cookies are a blend of exotic decadent delicacy and professional excellence. Third experience with the cakes and went out on a limb for the "sammies". Sugar rush, of course but it was worth every granule. Good prices, a convenient location and a great friendly staff make the experience top notch. Make sure you order ahead or check with them first as a steady stream of customers is common. ~Eric

A great place. Optical shop is wonderful. Pharmacy and auto are A1 also. Be thoughtful and have a little patience, they provide services to a lot of people. But they take great care of you. Absolutely best customer service and the prices are the best you'll find ~Holland

First time in this Ingles and very disappointed, mainly due to the very unfriendly employees. Both at the deli and register they do not smile, they obviously do not like their jobs. The deli person was the worst, tried the Chinese food, big mistake, not good, but not sure why I would think Grocery Store Chinese would be good. Ordered a pint of fried rice, employee had to scrape the pan just to attempt to fill the container, but was only able to fill 3/4 with cold hard rice, but still charged me for full pint. Went to wing bar, got two meatballs, now being with wings you would think they should be hot but no they were ice cold. It's too bad but I will not shop at this Ingles again. ~Mitch
