Place is a cluttered mess. Wanted to walk out, but he had the material and said he could do the job quickly, so I took a chance. Glad I did. He did the work immediately and I cannot complain. They not only look good, but he restuffed them so that they are stiffer. Not all good reviews by others, but for me it was a great experience.

This Man lied continuously to us told us week after week the job would be down always next Friday. Finally when we had enough and just ask for him to return the items he blows up on us. He has no concept of how to run a business. He is rude and arrogant. After all his promises to have them ready.He slipped up and told us they were in storage. Please explain to me how they can be being worked on when they have been in storage the whole time. All this after being paid 1700.00!! Let’s see if he returns the furniture today as promised?? I bet it doesn’t!!

Buyer beware, if negative stars could be given they would. Based on the appearance of his shop should have turned around and walked out. So not judging book by cover boldly requested 3 cushions (2 sofa, 1chair) to be made thicker with extra fabric I had. He said it would be a month, so waited a few days past a month and called. He said would be ready in another week. Picked them up and he had not reused the down feather wrap as requested, said it was destroyed. This was important, so why didn't he call me? Quality of finished cushions looked iffy, but I just wanted to get outta there. Put cushions on furniture and what a shock! Too large, could see foam cut under fabric was crooked and dimensions that should be the same were vastly different. Didn't trust him to fix so took to highly recommended company. Comments from them: Had to recut sofa cushions foam and double wrap with fiberfill. Chair foam had to be replaced because the original foam was so misshapen couldn't use. Foam and fabric were not to shape of the cushions. All foam cushions were pieced and glued together and cut wrong. All fabric wasn't cut straight and cut short on front curves

I just had a piano bench upholstered. Before, it was just your basic piano bench with a lift-up top. Now, it’s a stunningly beautiful piece of furniture that really enhances the piano. I’m particularly pleased with the quality of Brian’s work and his attention to detail, especially the tight corners of the leather as well as the black fabric that finishes the inside of the bench, something that’s not apparent until you lift the top. Brian took a couple of days longer than he had anticipated, but the wait was well worth it; I couldn’t be more pleased. Having this bench beautifully upholstered now only encourages me to practice more! By the way, if you’ve never been to Kilpatrick & Sons Upholstery, don’t be put off by the jumble of materials, works in progress, and general disarray you'll encounter; just remember, you’re buying experienced craftsmanship – not overhead.

Brian is a great guy and tremendously talented upholsterer. The quality of the re-upholstering of my 6 dining room chairs was superb. The selection of fabric choices that Brian offers is nearly overwhelming- so many to choose from. I am a stickler for good quality craftsmanship, and Brian at KILPATRICK’s is as good as they come.

Brian was excellent, I was a "walk in", he took and saved my grandfather's briefcase for me. The briefcase was 76 years old and he installed a new zipper and it's like brand new now. I would highly recommend them, both personally and professionally, great to do business with.

I brought a wicker patio set in for new sunbrella cushions. Brian was so helpful in all aspects from picking the nicest pattern and color it was fast and the finished result was beautiful I highly recommend them my porch never looked so nice!

I brought Jeff and Brian my grandmother's 90 year old beat up chair and ottoman with a broken leg and a chewed up (by dogs) leg that had been further trashed by my niece and nephew and friends who abused it when they lived at my Mom's house. They helped me find the perfect fabric to blend with my new furniture, upgraded the cushions to my needs, fixed the broken leg and sanded and re-stained the wood and brought me a chair and ottoman that look perfect and fit perfectly with the new furniture. And they did this within my budget and with an accurate timeline of when it would be done. Truly the best guys in the business.

very pleasant experience and do a marvelous job! had patio chairs done first then because they did such nice work we had dining room chairs done. A couple weeks later had ottoman and chair reupholstered. Would recommend them very highly and I am fussy.
