Size matters! This place could learn a lot from the Kenly location. Goldsboro's medium ice cream cone would almost pass for what a child would get at McDonalds. The ice cream s excellent, just not at the extorted price. I found out why Goldsboro's ice cream cones are smaller. They are passing off the "RED" label cones as large. The large are color coded as "GOLD." I have yet to receive a large cone from the Goldsboro location, although I am still being charged the large price.

Ice cream and service was fine. Ordered a chocolate sundae with wet walnuts. The lady told me the wet walnuts are no longer available.... What a disappointment. I am 70 years old, have been ordering this sundae all my life, another simple please that is no longer available...

Only gave this place one star so I can leave a review. It’s the last day of school so I decided I was going treat my kids to some ice cream. So me and my children walk in. It a family sitting inside eating ice cream. We approach the counter and not even acknowledge. It’s one guy working hard running the drive thru. It’s another guy see us and walk to counter and as we get closer he walks away. So the manager comes around the corner didn’t even look our way. So the guy who is drive thru is working hard. The guy who approached the counter proceeded to act as if he was busy trying to fix something. So ten minutes later my so say out loud are they going help us. We proceeded to stand there. Nobody ever turned around to help us. So we walk out and leave!

Tried banana split and summer berry ice creams. They were good but not the best. Few verities.

Always super clean. Minus one star because many times the person waiting on you acts like they have better things to do. Just not a pleasant place to visit.
