Teal Fitness is by far the best gym I’ve been a part of! Unlike a lot of gyms Teal Fitness doesn’t have any cliques, so there is no need to worry about not fitting or being at a different place physically than others. Quinton and Janelle are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to go over every workout and provide any modifications needed.
