I have a car loan thru BB&T (now Truist) and have so much trouble with their mobile app. If my due date falls on a weekend or holiday it already tacks on the next month's payment. Since they have turned to Truist it's impossible to get through. Thinking of refinancing with someone else just to get away from them! ~Cheryl

I wish I could give 0 stars... Very poor and slow service. I waited over 30 mins for my order just for the chicken to be uncooked, the fries weren't seasoned, got the wrong sauce and the toast wasn't even cut. After complaining I had to wait 1.5 hours for them to cook another batch of chicken. 2 hours total, so much for "fast food" and the staff wasn't in any rush to fix our order and just didn't seem to care. I used to love eating here but things have really gone downhill. I'll highly recommend you go somewhere else to get your food. ~Matthew

Stopped about 4PM ON A Thursday. Food was typical good KFC. Biscuit was tough - maybe to be expected as they weren't busy at the time. The service was quick and friendly. Location is very food with easy in and out. ~KR

Rose's has signs up stating that you cannot use fitting rooms due to covid-19, so when I asked cashier what the return policy is she said, after May 17th, and I said, why May 17 today is April 24, then another cashier said because if someone in the house is sick. Well, what difference does that make, the clothes will still be in the house duh!! so hopefully I won't have to bring anything back. ~M

Opening up a business account was a tremendous hassle! I came in with LLC docs, Annual Report Updates, and proof of insurance! They turned in everything accept my proof of insurance to their document verification department! Then called and said everything I turned in wouldn’t stand to opening my account! However they had not even turned in the proof of insurance I gave them! The overall Wellsfargo document policy does not coincide with policies of the NC Secretary of State! ~Khristen

Best experience of anyone could ask and hope for. Especially with making such a big purchase that will hopefully be in your home for years... I could not ask for a better place to shop at. Everyone was very kind and welcoming and very professional. We were not pressured into buying anything and given time to discuss our options and privacy. All of these things really matter when making a purchase as such. So I appreciate all the staff for being amazing today. And we will be back for our next purchase. ~Serena

Why is your garden center chained up? Do you see how hot it is outside? People are GRILLING and GARDENING. It's that time of the year. Wouldn't it make sense to have easy access to this location by opening your garden doors? Do you seriously think I'm going to park all the way on the other side of the store just to walk down there and get some heavy garden items? That's worse than shrinkage. ~Super

Honestly, Wes and Matt and the entire crew were extremely helpful and understanding. They were patient. They walked us through every step and ensured we were taken care of. They truly went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. This location was extremely busy and they managed all the customers efficiently, courteously, and with care. Prices are very reasonable and they offer so many services in one location. Thanks guys!! ~Faith
