Honestly, Wes and Matt and the entire crew were extremely helpful and understanding. They were patient. They walked us through every step and ensured we were taken care of. They truly went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. This location was extremely busy and they managed all the customers efficiently, courteously, and with care. I have just moved to Laurinburg less than a month ago. Mary Ann is my package deliverer. She has been very kind and accomodating. I told her when she and I first met to leave a notice instead of leaving the package if I am not home. I asked her to do that because I wasnt familiar with the neighborhood. Ive since become more comfortable in the neibghborhood and I called the post office to have a package re delivered. Mary Ann is not at fault for this mix up.I apologize for any confusion in this matter and have asked MaryAnn to leave all pacakages on the porch. ~Lucy
